Services Overview

Base2ML provides consulting, system design, and deployment services. Our services are customized to each engagement and governed by the terms outlined in this agreement.

No Guarantees

While we are committed to delivering high-quality systems, outcomes depend on implementation, organizational adoption, and factors beyond Base2ML's control. We do not guarantee specific results or ROI from our services. Success requires commitment and proper execution from your organization.

Payment Terms

Sessions, consultations, and engagements are paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable once services commence. Invoices are payable within the terms specified in your engagement agreement.

Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and systems developed by Base2ML remain the property of Base2ML unless otherwise agreed in a written engagement agreement. You retain ownership of your data and any customizations made specifically for your organization.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Base2ML shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or already known to the receiving party.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Termination does not excuse payment for services already rendered. Specific termination conditions are outlined in individual engagement agreements.

Changes to Terms

Base2ML reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
