Manage a subscription you already have, or ask about a product that is not sold self-serve.

Looking to subscribe? Plans are on the products page. Two of our systems are open to anyone with no account at all.

Already subscribed?

We do not put a billing dashboard behind a second password. Give us the address you subscribed with and we will email you a link straight into Stripe's portal.

Change your card, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Everything else

Our personal products are self-serve — plans are on the products page. Metis and AuditForge are deployed per client, so those start with a conversation rather than a checkout.

What happens next

Subscriptions are immediate: your account is created the moment payment clears, and your login is emailed within about a minute.

For anything not sold self-serve, you get a confirmation straight away and a reply within two business days.

Either way there is a real person to reply to if something looks wrong.
